Some people may oppose a 16 year old girl getting a tattoo.
But this is the most significant thing I’ve ever done, it’s not only a visual symbol for everyone, But it’s an internal symbol for me, That there is hope.
Hope that my grandmother won’t die a painful death, and the chemotherapy not only sedates her pain, and controls her cancer, But cures her.
Hope for my mother, that her benign tumor won’t become a cancerous tumor.
Hope for myself, that I won’t have to see my grandmother and mother suffer, as well as myself.
And hope for everyone else in the world. That one day, we will live in a cancer free world.
Here’s to a world with less cancer, and more birthdays<3
